The Solera 5 is the refinement of the world-wide awarded Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum with its outstanding tasting notes. Solera 5 was awarded a gold medal at the 2016 World Spirits Award and a bronze medal at the IWSC International World Spirits Competition 2016. Representing Mauritius as a whole, Solera 5 is a blend of various single distillates from the island, refined in an elaborate process which then reaches its harmonious and aromatic flavour after maturing.
